We are a community football club of 115 children + youth across two urban pockets in Bangalore.

Shaona Sen is a user centred designer whose goal is making learning playful and memorable. Shaona studied Communication Design at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. She has 11 years of experience across the sport, design and development sectors and is exploring the intersection of these sectors. Before moving to Bangalore from Boston, she worked as a Brand Designer at Reebok International headquarters while contributing to their Human Rights platform program for 3.5 years. She has been based in Bangalore the past 7+ years, applying her cross-cultural background in grassroots initiatives that require building new systems. Shaona worked as a program manager and head football coach with Magic Bus India Foundation for four years, building out the organisation's football-specialised program layer in South India. She has represented as a Sport for Development professional in FIFA, US Department of State Sports Division and streetfootballworld exchange programs. Shaona was part of the core team to organise Karnataka's first ever Women's State Football League under the All India Football Federation and Karntaka State Football Association, leading to Bangalore's first club representing in the Hero IWL 2019.

Preetam Sen is a Sports Industry professional innovating in partnerships, marketing and sales strategies. Currently, with Excel Sports, he is leading Corporate Partnerships. Prior, Preetam was heading Partnership Sales at City Football Group. He is responsible for cultivating fully-integrated global marketing partnerships with global brands across all City Football Group properties including Manchester City FC, New York City FC of Major League Soccer, Yokohama F. Marinos of the J. League, and Melbourne City FC of the A-League. Preetam spent four and a half years with the Brooklyn Nets, Barclays Center, playing an integral role in the opening of the new state-of- the-art arena in Brooklyn, He was honored by CEO, Brett Yormark, as “Rookie of The Year” during the 2012-2013 campaign. Preetam started his career with Major League Soccer’s Sporting Kansas City after graduating in May 2010 from the Mark H. McCormack Sport Management program at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. In addition to playing a role in the opening of Children’s Mercy Sporting Park and the Sporting KC rebrand, Preetam was also recognized by Major League Soccer as a member of the “MLS All-Rookie Sales Team” in 2011.
