In urban Bangalore, we are a football club of 45 children across two different communities.

Shaona Sen is a user centred designer whose goal is making learning playful and memorable. Shaona studied Communication Design at Pratt Institute in New York. She has 9 years of experience across the sport, design and development sectors. Before moving to Bangalore from Boston, she worked as a Brand Designer at Reebok International headquarters while also contributing to their Human Rights platform for 3.5 years. She has been based in Bangalore the past 5 years, applying her cross-cultural experience in grassroots initiatives that require building new systems. Shaona worked as a program manager and head football coach with Magic Bus India Foundation for four years. She designed the organisation's football-specialised program layer in South India which is focused on football excellence, life skills development and sport livelihood placements for girls and boys from urban marginalised communities. She has represented Magic Bus in FIFA, US Department of State Sports Division and streetfootballworld exchange programs. At Jaaga, Shaona contributes to design research and concept development phases of projects.

As Director of Partnership Sales for the Americas on Manchester City FC and City Football Group’s Global Partnerships Team, Preetam Sen is responsible for cultivating fully-integrated global marketing partnerships with global brands across all City Football Group properties including Manchester City FC of the English Premier League (United Kingdom), New York City FC of Major League Soccer (United States), Yokohama F. Marinos of the J. League (Japan), and Melbourne City FC of the A-League (Australia). His primary focus resides on companies/brands that are headquartered in continental North and South America. Prior to joining Manchester City FC and City Football Group in October 2015, Preetam spent four and a half years with the Brooklyn Nets, Barclays Center, and New York Islanders as Senior Manager of Premium Partnerships. In addition to playing an integral role in the opening of the new state-of- the-art arena in Brooklyn, Preetam oversaw a $30M (million) suites budget in a management role which also included the relocation of the NHL’s New York Islanders to Barclays Center for the 2015-16 season. He was honored by CEO, Brett Yormark, as “Rookie of The Year” during the 2012-2013 campaign. Preetam started his career with Major League Soccer’s Sporting Kansas City after graduating in May 2010 from the Mark H. McCormack Sport Management program at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. In addition to playing a role in the opening of Children’s Mercy Sporting Park and the Sporting KC rebrand, Preetam was also recognized by Major League Soccer as a member of the “MLS All-Rookie Sales Team” in 2011.
